Jetstream uses ClickOnce functionality, part of Microsoft .NET. The Microsoft .NET Framework is a software component of Microsoft Windows operating systems. ClickOnce is a Microsoft technology that enables a Windows application to be run by simply clicking a link in a web page without the need for administrator rights or to pre-install the application.

No. You need a web browser to launch Jetstream but it does not run within the browser.

We support and have tested Microsoft Edge, but we cannot guarantee correct operation with other browsers.

If you wish to use Mozilla Firefox and other browsers, you will need to install a 'ClickOnce' add-on of which there are a few options depending on the browser. These add-ons are not endorsed or controlled by Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank. As such, you use at your own risk.

You need to ensure that you have Microsoft .NET 4.8 Framework or later on your PC. This is a standard Windows component, but if it is missing from your PC, you may add it using Windows Update or alternatively download from https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet-framework

You do not need to install any other software before launching Jetstream.

When you launch Jetstream, it will automatically download and launch the latest version from Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank.

As a user of Jetstream, you will be supplied with a Digipass authentication device which you will use whenever you log into Jetstream. This protects you against theft of your password and unauthorised use of your login.
